Curtis Plaza, an office building located in Warsaw's Mordor, has been sold. A demolition permit has been issued, but it is unclear when the demolition work will commence or what will exactly replace the current office building.
Located at Wołoska Street 18, Curtis Plaza was the first building in the capital city to offer flexible "open space" areas. Furthermore, it played a significant role in the development of the office district now known as Mordor.
