Construction of the Golub GetHouse new office project will start in December 2013. Prime Corporate Center, located on Grzybowska Street in Warsaw, will be a 23-storey office building offering approximately 20 148 sqm of modern office space for lease. Moreover, on the 9th floor the building will offer a terrace with a panoramic view of the Warsaw city centre. {Prime Corporate Center}[1475} will be awarded the green building BREEAM certificate.
The investment is scheduled for the third quarter of 2015.
