The Warsaw Trade Tower skyscraper has obtained the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level. The A-class office building is located at 51, Chłodna Street in the Wola district. The investment has 43 above-ground and 3 underground storeys.
The building was built in 1999 and underwent a thorough modernization in 2016. The foundation of the 208-meter-high skyscraper stretches 11 meters underground and rests on 156 piles.
The skyscraper offers over 42,000 sq m. modern office space for rent and a wide range of amenities.
