Present owners of Warsaw Financial Center office building - Allianz Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners, decided to increase the amount of office space offered for lease. The extension of the offered office space will be possible due to the adaptation some of retail space to office standards. The decision was caused by increasing demand for the office space in the city center. The office building will also appy for an LEED environmental certification awarded to ecological and energy-saving buildings.
