Office Market in Poland Q2 2015

We are pleased to present summary of Warsaw and other major office markets in Poland after H1 2015.

Warsaw saw a record-breaking quarter in its history in terms of office demand with around 221,000 m2 leased. The vacancy rate in Warsaw, as expected, has returned to the upward trend and is currently estimated at 14.1%. Regional cities are performing very well in terms of occupiers’ activity. Total take-up in H1 outside Warsaw stood at 298,650 m2 and it is expected that 2015 will be record-breaking in terms of office demand in Poland. Construction activity remains high with 1.4 million m2 under development across the country.
