Katowice's Craft and Krakow's Kreo will be the first office buildings in regional cities in Central and Eastern Europe to be certified under the SmartScore system. As a part of the certification process, the technological infrastructure of the office buildings will be analysed.
The Craft office building is located on the corner of Sciegiennego Street and Chorzowska Street in Katowice. Its opening is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023 and JLL is responsible for the commercialisation of the building. The building will offer tenants almost 27,000 sqm of Class A office space along with 246 parking spaces.
Krakow's Kreo is located at 12 Wadowicka Street and similar to Craft, it is expected to be completed in Q2 2023. The usable area of the building is expected to be 24,000 sqm and is Class A. The building will have 325 parking spaces for its tenants.
