The Craft office building in Katowice has received an occupancy permit. Katowice has gained a new, unique place on the business map.
The Craft block with a cascade arrangement rises to a height of 55 meters. The glass facade is decorated with visible vertical elements in a copper shade. The industrial character refers to the industrial heritage of Katowice. Tenants have access to 6 terraces, including one located on the roof with a panoramic view of the entire city.
Craft will be able to boast of the SmartScore and WiredScore certificates, and will additionally be certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level, WELL and Facility without barriers. In the building, tenants will be able to use the operating system to manage the office building from the level of a mobile application. In the underground garage there are 218 parking spaces for cars and charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as a parking lot for bicycles with changing rooms and showers.
