Residential developer has decided to expand its operations by acquiring three office buildings located in Warsaw's Mordor. The preliminary purchase agreement covers the office buildings Siruis, Orion, and Saturn. The transaction, which amounts to several tens of millions of Polish zlotys, is evidence of the dynamic transformation taking place in this part of the city.
The three office buildings have so far provided a combined total of approximately 35,000 square meters of office space, making this a significant transaction impacting the office landscape of Mordor.
