The construction of the first stage of the West 4 Business Hub office complex has been completed. The first tenants have already moved into their new premises.
The first stage of the investment, distinguished by a white facade, covers 15,500 sq m of A-class rentable space in a modern, 5-storey office building.
The construction work of West 4 Business Hub began in February 2019 and was completed with an August use permit. Ultimately, the complex will offer 80,000 sq m of usable space.
