Sky Garden is a new, one of the most innovative and prestigious projects being developed in Szczecin.
In the centre, at the junction of Niedziałkowskiego and Felczaka Streets, an old building of a well-known TV station will be reconstructed. It will be transformed beyond recognition into a modern apartment building with an office and service part of unique facade aesthetics. Specially designed windows will provide spacious interiors, extraordinary views of the city skyline, and a source of daylight.
Sky Garden will be one of the few buildings with A-class office space in this part of Poland.
Construction work began in October last year.
