We are pleased to present our latest office market summary of Warsaw and other major markets in Poland.
High tenant activity was reflected in over 1.05 million sq m leased in Poland in 2014. Developer activity remains exceptionally strong in Poland's regional cities: currently more than 630,000 sq m of office space is under active construction (1.4 million sq m including Warsaw). In both 2014 and 2015 new supply in regional markets is set to exceed by far that of Warsaw. Vacancy rates varied across the cities.
