The Brain Park office complex located in Krakow is the first project assessed in terms of technological advancement. The investment received the WiredScore certificate at the highest Platinum level, which confirms the best digital connectivity, quality of teletechnical solutions and emergency plans.
Brain Park is a complex of three ten-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 43,000 sqm. Segments A and B were commissioned in November 2022. Building C with an area of over 13,000 sqm is currently under construction.
The complex has obtained the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level. In addition to green and sustainable solutions that meet the requirements in the field of ESG, Brain Park places high importance on the technological advancement of the working environment.
