Tenants have started moving into the two completed buildings: Brain Park A and Brain Park B, which together offer around 30,000 sqm of office space. With the completion of the third building, Brain Park C, the complex will become the largest in Cracow in terms of total space offered. Currently, the title of the largest complex is held by Tischnera Office, located at 8 Tischnera Street, which offers 33,000 sqm of space.
Fully completed Brain Park will have a two-level underground garage with 34 charging stations for electric cars, as well as 300 spaces for cyclists with changing rooms and showers. A patio with a green recreation area is also being built alongside the third building. The entire works are scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023.
