Eiffage Polska Budownictwo will lease office space in the Porto Office building in Kraków

Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, one of the largest construction groups and concession operators in Europe, will lease over 400 sqm of office space in Porto Office building located in Kraków. JLL is the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization processes. The tenant was represented by Savills.

Porto Office is a modern complex of two A-class buildings.Porto Office A has 4 floors above ground with an area of almost 7,000 sqm. There are 189 parking spaces on the building’s underground floor. Thanks to the most modern technologies, the building is applying for a LEED ‘gold’ green building certificate.
