A new restaurant will join the list of tenants in the UNITY Square One building. The Salvia restaurant will delight its clientele with its warm and original interior as well as its European cuisine. The restaurant will accommodate up to 120 guests and is scheduled to open in spring 2024. JLL is the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the development.
The restaurant will feature elegant interiors with a modernist twist along with a stylishly decorated bar and lounge area. A pianist will set the mood in the evenings along with live music on selected days of the week. An additional highlight is a wine bar with a wide range of selected wines and spirits. A children’s corner has also been designed on the premises, offering a “stay and play” area for the youngest. For special occasions, a separate VIP room, accommodating around 16 people, will also be available.
At Salvia, guests will be able to enjoy a menu of European cuisine with elements of Polish cuisine, as well as Mediterranean cuisine and a large selection of fish and seafood. At midday, the restaurant will serve a special range of lunch dishes, while from midday onwards, the menu will offer more refined dishes created from selected seasonal produce. There will be an open kitchen area, the Fishmarket, where diners can watch the chefs prepare fish and seafood dishes.
Such a unique restaurant will offer excellent cuisine, a stylish interior and an extraordinary atmosphere. These elements will allow the restaurant to fit in with the character of the complex. The restaurant’s clientele will also be able to enjoy the garden, which is located nearby. This is yet another step towards making UNITY CENTRE a lively meeting place for both afternoons and after work for UNITY CENTRE tenants.

Also planned for UNITY CENTRE in 2024 is the opening of a restaurant on the top floors of the UNITY Tower building, the Radisson RED Hotel and the Radisson RED Apartments apartment building, which will expand the complex's offer with a total of three restaurants, a fitness area and accommodation for short- and long-term stays.
